No 174. Schnappuhr, polychrome painted Chinese, Black Forest, ca. 1840. This clock is an original Black Forest clock, made in the first half of the Nineteenth Century. The colourful hand-painted clock features a Chinese man carrying a miniature clock and whose mouth opens and closes with the movement of the pendulum. Clock has a white enamel dial and pendulum. In original state and good condition. Collectors item. HWD 42x13x11 cm. Price € 16.500,--
